The Fog
Too much input, not enough clarity. You consume more than ever and retain less than ever. Books, podcasts, articles, feeds. Drowning in information, starving for wisdom.
12 weeks of deliberate cognitive training. This is not a course. It's a system you keep for life.

The traditional education system taught you what to learn. What to memorize. What to think. What to repeat. So you could pick a lane and stay in it forever.
But that world doesn't exist anymore. And the ones still stuck in that way of thinking are struggling the most with what's here and what's coming.
You were never taught how to learn. How to focus. How to think clearly. How to make decisions. How to adapt.
You don't have a time problem. You don't have an information problem. You have a thinking problem, which means it's a design problem.
In a world where AI can answer almost anything instantly, that gap is the only thing that matters.

Too much input, not enough clarity. You consume more than ever and retain less than ever. Books, podcasts, articles, feeds. Drowning in information, starving for wisdom.

Everything pulling for your attention. Notifications, alerts, cheap dopamine. The most important thing keeps getting pushed aside by the most urgent thing.

Unconscious thinking patterns on repeat. 60,000 thoughts a day. 95% are the same as yesterday. You can't create new results with old thinking.
AI is creating more fog. Technology is creating more noise. Without training, the same old loop keeps running.
I want you to be clear when others are confused. Focused when others are distracted. Decisive when others hesitate. Adaptable when others are stuck.
Not a course. Not a coaching program. A cognitive training system you keep for the rest of your life.
12 weeks of structured, progressive training that upgrades how you see, think, decide, act, and adapt. Built by Jim Kwik (three decades of training the world's highest performers) and Alexis Banc (the architect behind the implementation system).
Jim's framework gives you the terrain. Alexis brings the training architecture as AI-powered labs. This is where transformation happens.
Most programs teach you what to think about. This one trains you how to think.
Eight weeks of training + Four weeks of synthesis = Twelve weeks of cognitive rewiring.
Each week pairs Alexis's lab with two of Jim's lessons. The lab is the spine. The lessons frame the work.
Open the cognitive loop. Seeing yourself accurately is the foundation for asking honest questions. The lab trains the questioning muscle.
Build the mental engine. Visualization is how you hold and manipulate ideas before acting; mental models become testable when you can see them. The lab trains the imagery that powers both, vivid, multi-sensory, and under your control.
Connect new to known. Retention is what relating produces, not what repetition produces. The lab trains Connect, Place, and Story so what you learn this week shows up in what you do next month.
Clarity in, clarity out. Decisions require precise framing. Bias is what distorts expression. The Mirror exercise reveals the gap between what you mean and what actually lands.
Story is identity-level work. Cognitive flexibility is the skill of adapting the same story for different audiences. The lab trains the Hero's Journey, Three Beats, and Character.
Build depth. Focus is what holds you on one thing while the world pulls. The lab measures how long you can stay locked in and trains the rep. Execution is what sustained focus produces.
Choose what deserves you. Selection is attention spent on what matters and refused everywhere else. Emotion captures attention. Unobserved thinking captures attention. The lab trains The Sort and The Personal Filter. Where Week 6 builds the muscle, Week 7 trains the gatekeeper.
Create new combinations. Jim's lesson reframes creativity as synthesis, the skill of combining what you already know into something never seen. The lab trains the specific rep: The Collision, forcing two unrelated ideas together until something emerges. This is the capstone of the core arc and the doorway to expansion.
Bring one real challenge you're facing into Week 9 and carry it through the synthesis weeks. A decision you're stuck on. A project you can't get traction on. A conversation you've been avoiding. Each week applies a different cluster of skills to the same problem. By Week 12, what was abstract training becomes a working system in your hands with real results.
The internal processing chain. Three custom synthesis sessions on your carried challenge: The Question Underneath surfaces what's beneath your description. The Carried Future inhabits where you're going, vividly enough that your body believes it. The Carried Web maps how it all connects. By the end of the week, you'll see what was hidden under the surface version of the challenge.
The output chain. Two sessions translate inner clarity into outer impact. The Carried Conversation prepares the talk you've been avoiding with someone real. The Carried Story turns your challenge into something a listener leans in for. Practice the conversation. Build the story. Test the gap between what you mean and what others actually receive.
The discipline layer. Two sessions move the work from intention to action. The Carried Block schedules a real deep work session on your challenge with a prime ritual and a return strategy. The Carried Filter cuts what doesn't deserve your attention this week. This is where good thinking usually dies — not from missing skill, but from scattered attention.
The capstone. Three sessions converge into the program's finale. The Carried Collision forces unfamiliar frames onto your challenge until something genuinely new emerges. The Carried Pitch translates it into something others can act on. The Integration is the closing reflection where all eight skills appear as one unified cognitive system. By the end of Week 12, you'll have produced something that didn't exist before, on a problem that actually mattered to you. That's the proof. That's the system working.
The labs are absolutely not optional. The labs, in a lot of ways, are actually more important than these lessons. They are your thinking partner, your clarity accelerator, your execution engine. This is where knowledge becomes results.
The labs run on AI chat tools you choose: Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. You don't need to be technical: if you can type a message, you can do the labs.
Workable for the early weeks. Expect to hit message limits during the longer sessions in weeks 6, 8, and the synthesis weeks (9 through 12). You may need to split sessions across days or switch between platforms.
Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, or Gemini Advanced. About $20/month on any platform covers the entire 12-week program with no friction. Recommended if you want the program to flow without stopping mid-thought.
AI tool subscriptions are separate from your HI-OS purchase and paid directly to the AI provider you choose. They are completely optional. For voice-mode exercises in the visualization and synthesis weeks, Claude mobile, ChatGPT mobile, or Gemini Live all work. Whichever platform you pick, the cognitive disciplines you build are yours and stay with you long after the program ends.

For nearly 35 years, Jim has trained the world's highest performers in how to learn, think, and perform. After a childhood brain injury left him struggling, he rebuilt his own cognitive capacity from the ground up and has spent his career teaching others to do the same.
His role in HI-OS: the science, the 16 pillars, the framework that structures every week. Jim is your coach.

Alexis designed the training architecture that turns frameworks into actual cognitive skills: the sequencing, the lab structure, the AI integration, and the design of results, not just inspiration.
Her role in HI-OS: the labs, the methodology, the 8-part cognitive and 4-part synthesis arc that builds skills in a specific order for a specific reason. Alexis is the architect and your lab guide.
Tools change. The skills that make tools useful don't.
Train the layer that compounds.

The world isn't slowing down. AI isn't going away. The question isn't whether you need to think better. It's whether you're going to train for it.
